A few things that are quicker to answer here:

A tool did not work with my file

Let us know which tool, which browser and version, roughly how large the file was, and what happened instead of what you expected. Since processing happens on your device, we have no logs to look at — your description is genuinely all we have to go on.

Can you recover a file I processed?

No, and this is worth being direct about. Your files never reach us, so there is nothing on our side to recover from. Always keep an original copy before processing anything.

Do you store my documents?

No. Everything runs inside your browser. You can verify this in your browser's Network tab while using any tool. The privacy policy covers what we do collect — anonymous analytics and advertising cookies — in full.

Can I request a tool?

Yes, please do. There is a long roadmap, and requests from people who actually need something move it up. Telling us what you were trying to accomplish is more useful than naming a specific tool — sometimes the better answer is a different one.

I found an error in a calculation

Tell us the inputs you used and the result you expected. Calculators state the formula they use on the page, so if we have applied the wrong one, that is a real bug and we want to fix it.
