What we provide
NextWebHub provides free browser-based utilities for working with documents, images, text, and numbers. The tools run on your own device. We provide the software; we do not process, receive, or store the content you use it on.
No account is required and no payment is taken. The site is funded by advertising.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the tools to process content you do not have the legal right to process, including copyrighted material you do not own or have permission to modify.
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the site.
- Use automated systems to access the site in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
- Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the site without written permission.
- Use the site for anything unlawful in your jurisdiction.
The password removal tool is provided for documents you own or are authorised to access. Using it to open a document you have no right to open is not permitted and may be illegal where you live.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.
In plain terms: these tools are built carefully and tested, but software has bugs and browsers differ. Always keep an original copy of any file before processing it, and check the output before relying on it. Because processing happens in your browser and we never receive your file, we cannot recover anything for you if something goes wrong.
Accuracy of calculators and generated documents
Calculators produce estimates based on standard formulas and the values you enter. They cannot account for your specific circumstances, your lender's or tax authority's particular rules, or subsequent changes to rates and regulations. Documents generated by the site, such as invoices, are templates — they are not legal or financial advice, and we make no representation that any generated document meets the requirements of your jurisdiction. See our disclaimer for detail.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextWebHub and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, howsoever arising from your use of or inability to use the site.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions of warranty or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. In that case our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual property
The site's design, written content, and original code are owned by the operator of NextWebHub. You may not copy or republish them without permission. Third-party open-source libraries used by the site remain under their own licences.
You retain all rights in the files and content you process. We claim no licence over them — which is straightforward, given we never receive them.
Advertising and third-party content
The site displays third-party advertising. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content of ads or the sites they link to. Any dealings with an advertiser are between you and that advertiser.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice. We may also update these terms; the date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
